4. Fees & Payment
- All fees will be outlined in your proposal or agreement.
- Payment terms are typically:
- 50% upfront deposit before commencement.
- 50% upon delivery or in milestones for longer projects.
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other methods as agreed.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.
- Custom code and deliverables created for your project become your property upon full payment.
- We retain rights to general frameworks, libraries, and reusable components.
- You grant us permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability & Warranty
- We provide services with reasonable care and skill.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- We provide a 30-day warranty period for delivered work.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
- Upon termination, you will pay for work completed to date.
- We will deliver all completed work and materials.
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
9. Communication & Support
- We will maintain regular communication throughout the project.
- Support and maintenance terms will be outlined in your agreement.
- Emergency support may be available at additional rates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
