Helping millions of Victorians access essential services online requires thoughtful engineering, reliable infrastructure, and secure design. Contributing as a senior Ruby on Rails frontend developer, we supported digital transformation efforts at VicRoads, including enhancements to widely used citizen-facing platforms. The work emphasised accessibility, trust, and resilience at public-sector scale.
