A lead-generating website and AI assistant for a Sydney demolition and excavation crew.

The project
Elite Demolition & Excavation is a licensed crew working across Sydney and the Central Coast. Vita designed and built their website in Ruby on Rails and still looks after it. The brief was practical: show the work, rank for the suburbs Elite actually works in, and turn visits into calls for the office. The site has a page for every service and the specific jobs inside it, suburb pages for local searches, a project portfolio with photo and video galleries, and Jack, an AI assistant that answers questions and passes enquiries to the office. Builders and councils get a capability statement and a Welcome Pack they can download.
What we built
Suburb and service pages
25 location pages and a page for each service and the jobs inside it, such as slab cutting under concrete cutting, written for the searches people make.
Project portfolio
Completed jobs with photo and video galleries served from S3, so the crew can show the work instead of describing it.
Jack, the site assistant
A Claude-powered chat that answers questions about services and areas, and emails the office when a visitor asks for a call.
Capability statement
A printable capability statement and a Welcome Pack flipbook for builders, councils, and head contractors.
Careers and applications
Job listings with online applications, so hiring runs through the same site as sales.
Local SEO and tracking
Structured data, a blog, a sitemap that refreshes every month, and Google Ads conversion tracking on the enquiry thank-you page.
